Hi, I’m Shai 👋
Operating at the intersection of product strategy and human behavior to drive impact.
I’m a Product Designer focused on building experiences that truly serve the people using them while driving sustainable business growth. My work spans digital health directories and educational platforms, productivity tools, and high-converting B2C interfaces. Across every project, from 0-to-1 product launches to legacy system updates, I build my career around a simple goal: ensuring users get exactly what they need while helping businesses continuously scale to keep serving them.
Notable Work
Addiction Center
Led the UX/UI overhaul across a multi-brand portfolio for Recovery Worldwide. Architecting a scalable design system on the flagship property, AddictionCenter.com, then adapted the framework across two additional B2C digital health sites to drive network-wide growth.
The Problem:
Across the multi-brand digital portfolio, users seeking treatment or information were met with outdated site architectures and buried conversion entry points. High-intent users had to scroll extensively or hunt through pages to find direct paths to care, creating friction during critical moments of decision-making.
Strategix UX & Information Architecture:
Re-architected the end-to-end user experience to lift conversion across high-traffic health properties, pairing high-intent CTA placements with streamlined information architecture on both mobile and desktop. Introduced a clear global navigation framework to separate educational journeys from directory searches, and redesigned listing cards, profiles, and search filters. Overhauled facility pages with structured information blocks, trust signals, and low-friction contact triggers to serve both passive researchers and high-intent users.
Business & User Impact:
The redesign drove a 64% increase in key page impressions and a 7.6% relative decrease in bounce rate on the initial property. This validated architecture was then adapted as a scalable framework to optimize Alcoholhelp.com and RehabSpot.com.
Better Mind
A mental health and wellness resource platform covering conditions, treatment, and well-being, built 0-to-1 as the sole designer. The work spanned the full UX: information architecture, content taxonomy, navigation, page templates, and a design system. The focus was making a large, growing content library easy to navigate and easy to trust with clear credibility signals and accessible, readable layouts for a health audience.
